Butlins Skegness

We’re heading to Butlins Skegness soon as part of our plan to visit all three UK Butlins resorts. Having already stayed at Bognor Regis and Minehead, we wanted to see how Skegness compares — especially as it’s often described as the most traditional of the three.

We have booked a two-bedroom Premier Lodge which look promising on the website. We will do a full review.

Facilities

From what we’ve seen so far, Butlins Skegness appears to offer the classic Butlins mix of Skyline Pavilion entertainment, arcades, swimming, fairground rides, restaurants and family activities.

We’ll be checking how easy it is to get around, how busy it feels, and how it compares with Bognor and Minehead.

Food and Drink

Butlins Skegness has a range of dining options including buffet dining, restaurants, takeaways and cafés.

We’ll update this section after our stay with honest thoughts on quality, queues, value and how convenient it is for families.

One of the big reasons we’re looking forward to Skegness is the nearby area.

Getting there and Map

Butlins Skegness is on the Lincolnshire coast, close to Skegness town and seafront. We’ll update this section after checking the journey, parking and public transport options ourselves.
